Guild Rules
1. Respect is a key trait of our guild; please stay respectful in chat both on the Guild Channel and others. You are a representative of the guild. This would include swearing (deliberate attempts to circumvent the chat filter), bullying and providing false advise to fellow players.
2. Disrespectful behavior can result in warnings, suspension from guild battle rotations and/or banishment.
3. All guild members must contribute and participate. Non- participation can result in warnings, suspension from guild battles and/or banishment.
4. All guild members are expected to follow the Guild Philosophy and adhere to the Guild Guidelines.
5. All guild members shall set a valid defense for guild battles unless specifically directed otherwise by guild officials.
6. The Guild Battle registration is submitted every Sunday. If you know you will be missing a signification portion of the week’s battles, please notify NoxDraco or La’Ciel by Sunday in order to make adjustments if needed to the registration. Mid-week notification of absence is also appreciated. Notification of absence may be made either through the forum’s message system or in guild chat.
7. Continued absence without notification may result in suspension from guild battles and banishment. Inactive status will initiate for absences without notification after 2 weeks. Banishment can be initiated for absences without notification after 30 days.
8. Alternate accounts will only be considered for guild membership once; the guild member’s main account is level 40, the alternate account is level 25+, the guild member actively plays both accounts and the guild member is in good standing. Alternate accounts can be banished for non-activity.
