Guild Philosophy
A guild is an association of people with the same interests, formed for mutual benefit. Nox Noctis is a guild designed to provide support, advice and camaraderie to our members.
We do not have strict level requirements for membership, since we are dedicated to the concept of player development. If you want to learn, improve and foster the same in your guild-mates then we welcome you. Attitudes, egos and disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated.
While we are not focused primarily on competition, we strive to do our best each and every battle. Only though teamwork and dedication to the guild can we gain.
Guild Battle Expectations
All members are expected to contribute and participate in guild battles.
Guild battles are generally started at 7am and 7 pm PST.
Guild members are expected to initiate combat against the three opponent's towers with the highest Hit Point ratio that they believe they can defeat. Combat should begin with the easiest of the three selected battles and progress to the hardest selected. Accomplishing a draw is more beneficial to the guild than not participating.
By following this strategy; the guild member gains knowledge and experience, the guild gains by achieving a higher win percentage, and your fellow guild-mates gain by balancing the level of opponent competition for less developed guild members.
Some guild battles will be against opponents that clearly are not evenly matched. For battles against lower developed opponents, guild member are expected to spread out their fights in order to achieve a guild victory instead of only initiating combat against opponents with plus point factors. Conversely, for guild battles that appear to be un-winable, guild members are expected to at least attempt a fight (if not all three) in order to continue their own development and to test the viability of the opponent.
